Facilities
Flying Vikings, an FAA 141 accredited flight training school, was established in 1989, and is still under the same management. We have flight training facilities at Hayward Executive Airport in the San Francisco Bay Area, and at Rancho Murieta close to Sacramento. Our training facilities have everything to suit the needs of any prospective pilot, from Private Pilot to ATP Training. We have capabilities to offer an I-20 to foreign students who want to come to the U.S.A to train. We train to a variety of national standards for example: Indian students are trained to meet DGCA standards.

Testing
Flying Vikings has a comfortable Lasergrade testing facility to allow our students to take FAA written exams in house which further reduces wasted time traveling to other facilities and costs.

Fleet
Our diverse fleet of aircraft are owned and operated to meet the needs of students, whether foreign or domestic.
An essential part of advanced training is our FAA approved Elite PCATD flight training device (simulator), a necessary requirement for instrument training, which reduces the costs of actual airtime.

Licensed pilots wanting to fly for fun or business we have an extensive fleet of aircraft for you.

Traffic Watch
Since Flying Vikings also has a contract with local news gathering organizations, students are offered opportunities to build time that no other school can. Fly 3 to 6 hours a day and get paid.

Take off to an Airline career.
Our graduates are presently working for Air India, Cathy Pacific, Korean Air, Asiana Airline, Air China, Continental Airlines North West Air Link, Mesa Air, West air and Amerflight.
